"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Sup, after reading the masturbation thread along with Sammo’s threads on self-improvement, I came up with an idea. I’m starting a pact with myself for one month, starting from today, just to see if I can actually pull it off. This will be a test of will, a test of discipline, and of self-control. Here are the criteria:

-Ok, so first of all, no ****ing jacking off for a whole month, don’t even look at porn
-No junk food at all for a month, no chips, cookies, fried/fast foods, juice/soda, chocolate, ice cream, etc.
-Exercise every day of the week: lifting, running, or pushups/situps, etc.
-Get six hours of sleep everyday, meaning no massive procrastination and trying to do a ****load of homework on the night before.
-No late homework assignments for the entire month.
-Do something that gets my adrenaline pumping at least once a day.

Anyone wanna join me in this? This might be too hard for some of you people, so if it’s too hard then narrow down the list a little or change it so that it'll fit you better. If you want to test your will, or if you think you are weak-willed, this is probably exactly what you need. And there’s nothing quite as satisfying as succeeding in accomplishing something that you set out to do. Good luck I'm out.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

thats cool and all and im eaitng healthy now and doing loads of excersize, but theres two tinhgs you got to rememeber.

firstly you got to rest a bit, if you excersize to much you will loose your energy and not be able to cary on, you can not do lots of excersize every day you need to take a break or ease off sometimes on and make sure you eat a lot, pack those carbs in but get them fomr healthy tihngs like fruit anf whole meal bread.

secondly if you take 0% tolerance on junkfood you will give in to it. It has to be phased cut down on saturated fat, but do not try to almost eliminate it, and allow yourself the odd treat such as some ice cream, every now and then say once a week or so just not to much, and if you are doing so much excersize you could have a nice desert with your dinner every day or 2 with out any problem.

I'm in. I'm going to start my own thread in the high school forum to keep track of this month long journey and encourage you all to do the same. Great idea October. I've always tried this, but always failed. Maybe it's because I need some peer pressure to get me started. Good luck to all.:)

Thanks for the advice, and good luck to all. I forgot to say that if you mess up, then start over from the beginning, but don’t give up! There is no worse feeling than saying you would do something and then giving up a few days later. And that would completely destroy the whole point of the test. This isn’t supposed to torture you, it’s meant to help you to change your lifestyle and get rid of your bad habits in the most direct way that you can, not to do it and go on a binge the day after the test is over! Just had to make that clear. Ok, keep up the good work! Today is day three for me.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Christ. Something’s wrong. I’ve been so successful in approaching lately, but today I couldn’t do it. And it isn’t that rejection is inevitable. This girl was interested and I lost her interest. Damn it. Okay, well, since I ****ed up my previous test I made a new list, and I’ll be starting over with day one as tomorrow since I’m changing this list today.

-Approach one person that I don’t know and make small talk at least every other day, or four times a week.
-Practice my instrument for one hour, five days a week.

The good thing is, I've been getting better at a lot of this stuff. Been exercising more than ever and meeting many people. Wasting less time. That was actually the whole point of it for me, to make better habits.

Start date: 2/10/05

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
