"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

Yep, I have a case of tendonitis. I don't really feel like explaining what it is. For those of you that know what I'm talking about, what did you do to help it heal faster? I generally just take a couple of Ibuprofin before my workouts.

Any knowledge about the subject would be greatly appreciated.

I have it in both of my knees, unfortunately I didn't do anything when I first got it two years ago, and supposedly I've got some scar tissue from it, and it still acts up.
