"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I've been talking/dating/seeing a HB9 for a couple weeks now. It's been very chill, our conversations are very funny sarcastic and we joke around a lot. She's a funny girl. I started off since i've met her by teasing her a lot, walk away, telling her "We're in a fight", and do a lot of C+F.

It's getting to the point where naturally that's all I do. I can't help myself when i get on the phone, I'm always teasing her. It seems addicting because she's always laughing with me, pushing, pinching me, and other playful things back.

The other day I was teasing her again while we were hooking up. I was pulling me head away a little when we were kissing, and i kept teasing and repeating. She called me an a$$hole with her eyes closed and continued to chase my lips. ADDICTING...

Well it's coming to the point where I don't know when to compliment her or just relax on the C+F. It just seems like everytime I pick up the phone, I'll have something "smart" to say. And our conversations seems like a power struggle leading her into frustration.

I'm in a bad trend. I need to get out of it.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

How to stop an addiction. Lean off. Catch yourself in the act, and force yourself to play fair for a short amount of time, and lengthen it as you progess with self control. It's nice to lay down C&F, but too much is too much when she starts asking you to be real for once.

Well... What are you doing to rebuild?

Dude just don't see her that often.
I'm going to give space, so things will be more exciting. She hasn't called me yet before. It's always me calling her. I'm kinda waiting to see she'll actually call me. That a bad idea? Do some women just not like to call at all?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

unless she's ur Gf or she is insanely into you, dont expect her to call. most girls these days are tricked into thinking it's the guys job to call. why do we have to do all the work anyway?

but i would lay off the CF alittle bit. try finding something u like about her and compliment it. talk about something u both care about etc. build a connection, this will help u seem more real to her.

CF is all good, but too much can make her see u as not BF material, and more as entertainment, her personal clown. and u dont want that do u?
