I hate tattoos myself. I think they're trashy and find the idea of putting permanent pictures on your body to be idiotic.
That said, I have to admit girls seem to like them. If nothing else, they make for good peacock items/conversation pieces.

A lot of us don't want pretentious women.
That said I don't have any tats and I'm not going to pay $300 to have a Hells Angel jab me 100,000 times with a needle to have a picture of Tweety Bird permanently engraved on my biceps because chicks think they make you look like a tough guy.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I'm with Zekko. I don't personally see what is attractive about tats, BUT a certain percentage of women really like them.
So, from a purely getting laid perspective, yes, I think having tats is probably an advantage, all else being equal.
But it goes without saying that you should only get a tat because YOU want it. Don't ever mark up your body just to get poon.

I wouldn't normally but if it was a game changer then one should at least consider it.
Have bought a sports car recently and that has helped a ton, but I am getting greedy I think.

Let's say for example you've already got the bad boy personality. Do tats help you exude more badboy-ness? I would say yes but be sure to get the right tats.
* Note that tats look different on paper than it does on your skin. Although a design might look cool, you gotta make sure it looks good with your skin tone.
* Make sure the tat is in the right spot, some tats would only look good on your delts, others would look better on your shoulder blade, others would look better on your chest.
* Intricately designed, single-colored tats with dark ink (black, green or blue)....you must be cautious with these as they could be misinterpretted as "prison tats". If a cop sees you with a prison style tat, or you show up to a bar and someone interprets you as having a prison tat, there could be some friction. I would avoid it all together and get a color tat.
* Don't get tats with possible gang affiliations. If you're a white guy you could get away with dragon tats or chinese character tats. If you're asian and get a dragon tat, be prepared to be profiled by cops. If you're latino or black, pretty much any type of tattoo will put you on a cop's radar, sad but true.
* Be careful what kind of message your tat sends. Naive, impressionable women probably wouldn't have a clue about a tat's meaning based on design or location. But I gaurantee most guys can identify someone who's legit or whose posing simply based on whether the tattoo has color, on the design, the location, and how you present the tat. You don't want to get labeled and mocked by other guys, particularly if they try to alpha you.

They look stupid on skinny guys and they look stupid when you get older. They also look stupid when you are trying to apply for a job. They ARE stupid when you are being pursued by someone or the police and identify you in an instant.

There's plenty other things you could do that would dramatically increase your sexual value, that aren't permanent.
IMO, a tat is a superficial, easy way to get girls that are into superficial things like tats.
Try learning some conversational and seduction skills instead. That way, you can have success with an entire range of women, instead of the tat crowd.
I seriously doubt you could describe ANY situation where NOT having a tat would be THE ONLY deal breaker.

I think the real question is what kind of woman do you want to attract? A woman with a few tattoos or a woman with tattoo sleeves/completely covered?

It's an attempt to get control and power back over their body, which they did not have as children. That's why they don't stop at just a few. Note: this is a generalization and there are exceptions to this. But, it's something to keep in mind.
So, if you see a hot woman with way too many tattoos, it might be like a flashing neon sign for the world to see that says "I was abused as a child." When you think of it that way, tattoos are suddenly not so hot. Although, the sex should be great.
So, women with tons of tattoos, might be very damaged goods. They are not long term relationship material. Too many issues. Don't stay around long with them.

I don't have any tattoos, never seriously considered getting one. I dont think they make you look like more of a badass since everyone has them now. Some girls may find it edgy or attractive but I wouldnt do it simply for that reason.
It depends on your styling, ages, lifestyle, no body can tell you in advance. Some people are adorable even without hair (bald) and women loves them, some have a lot of hair fancy haircut and don't have too much luck with females.
