“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I drank 20 lbs of Muscle Juice in a month and a half. And ordered another 20 lbs. But I heard that most of these scientifically created powders aren't good for you. It's been about 3 weeks since I haven't had any of that stuff. Should I or shouldn't i take more of this stuff?

It's got 55g of protein and 162g or carbs (60g of sugar). I'm also really skinny... 6'2 @ 155lbs. But i'm really cut because I go to the gym often. Lately i've only gone 3 days a week. But in the past I've gone 5 days a week and I want to work at that level again.

ditch the weight gainer. I went through a few Muscle Juice early, its a lousy investment with poor nutritional value. I got much better results from making my own.

3 days/week is fine, 5 is overkill. I personally do 4, but if you follow a heavy full-body workout routine like Rippetoe, 3 is plenty.

Get a blender: eggs (raw is ok), yogurt, cottage cheese, peanut butter, berries/apples/bananas, fats, oatmeal, milk if you can handle it. There are more ingredients you can add, but this is fine, the peanut butter adds a lot of calories.

Don't listen to whomever "told" you that.
Keep buying it and keep using it.
Eat healthy meals that are high in nutritional value and high in fiber.
Supplement with the weight gainer, and you'll gain muscle mass easily.

you can definitely do better than muscle juice, but most guys need some sort of powdered whey or egg protein to keep up their protein intake, especially right after a workout.

You're right, I assume powdered protein as a fixed ingredient for blended shakes, but OP may not have. Whey or casein for meal replacement shakes, pure whey for post-workout shakes.
