“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I hear it is the ultimate full body workout. I don't doubt it either, I was on the swim team in grade school. Never in my whole life, was I cut up like that. Also, women with a swimmers body are breathtaking.

I would like to switch over from walking to go back to swimming. Anyone have any advice on what pools to go to ie: gym pools vs school pools vs etc.? I really miss the water!

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

thanks Chris!!!

I'm thinking of signing up with planet fitness ($10mo). I'm not sure which cardio machine would be close to the effect of swimming. Any thoughts?

Why do you want a cardio machine to simulate swimming? Why not swim instead?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Why not? If your not going to fall asleep whats going to happen?
I imagine he's thinking of me nodding off underwater. It happens, I'll be sitting somewhere, then wake up from sleeping.
