This is a good basic starting point

Whey (i don't really consider this a supplement but i'll put it here since a lot of people do)

Multi Vitamin
Taurine -15g
CEE- 6g
Fish Oil- 10-20g
Green Tea-3-6 pills or a gallon if you drink it

i do looooots and lots of cardio for basketball and i heard that lots of cardio eats up your muscles.
and i read that taking multi vitamins, protein, etc.. helps keep your size.

Supplements will only help you so much unless you have an appropriate diet.
