"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Hey guys!

I've been out of the working out scene for about 3 years and am planning to start building up again. I was 15 then and was more into cardio (I race XC mtb).

I'm 18 now and just moved to Sydney, Australia for studying purposes. I'm interested in bluking up and getting new supplements like creatine and whey protein.

It would be great if someone could recommend the brands to buy and where. I haven't been moving around much so i'm not so familiar with many places yet.

Thanks!

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

there are huge differences in the quality of products. That I heard from an older friend how was a lifter. He got his stuff from GNC; I bought my stuff there (creatine and whey), but they seem a bit expensive. There are plenty of products available online. Hopefully someone can direct us to some quality products, cuz i'm looking for the same thing.

Anyone got any experience/ideas?

I just got back from Super Discounts Vitamins. Stuff here is pretty damn cheap and cheaper if you buy more!

Anyway I got Balance's 100% Whey Protein plus glutamine & arginine. I also got Balance's Effervescent Creatine and Nature's Own flaxseed oil. If anyone is curious about the nutritional information or ingredients for the whey protein and creatine, I'd be happy to post em here.

Diesel mentioned in detail about post workout supplements in his guide to bulking up. Is it still necessary to supplement for pre workout if you do for post workout? How bout on non traning days?

Thanks a bunch!

Guys, if you don't know where to buy cheap whey protein and creatine, then you probably don't have enough knowledge yet to use them effectively or safely.

I'd appreciate it alot if you offered some feedback though!

Like I said, I just moved in to my current location. Anyway, that's besides the point now.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

How does where you buy and how good you are relate to each other?

My neighbor could be selling juice without me knowing it, it wouldn't make me less or better a user, would it?
