It's not the sucking and eating per se, it's doing it with 6+ people, according to statistics. That suggests it's the risk prone lifestyle (combination of poor nutrition, alcohol and drugs) of those people that activate the dormant HPV that most of us have and then it leads to cancer. I bet the statistics would show those engaging in oral sex with 6+ people die of violent death at a higher rate than general population.
