Most are bi. In fact, I've never met one who wasn't bi. My favorite said she originally became a stripper (exactly one year ago) to watch a girl she had a crush on. Indeed many are lesbos who hate men but pretend to like them. But if you make them orgasm, it's safe to say they are not lesbian. I suppose some might fake it, but at some point if they fake it so convincingly that you can't tell, then it's a moot point.
