“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

My neck and shoulder/top back area has always felt very tense in the past. Lately, it's getting worse and I get really angry when it tenses up because I can't move and just like slouch. I think this may have something to do with my posture, but no matter how much I will myself to sit straight, I can't seem to hold it for more than 45 min to an hour at most. What should I do? Anyone else experience neck tension or neck tension related to bad posture? How did you fix it? Thanks.

Limed for emphasis.

And hell, practice your DJ skills and get some back rubs while you're at it ;)

Hey this is what I was thinking. Right now, I only do deadlifts and dumbbell rows for my back. I also do a different variation of the bent row but lying on the bench and doing the row with both arms at once.

That is all I know. I have a bench, dumbbells (30 lb max), and a home gym thing with overhead cable and stuff like that. Any more exercises? Or should I still with these.
