I'll second everything in this post. It makes a huge difference when you're jacked up. I have the game of a 40-something obese star trek nerd who lives in his mom's basement... yet I have had reasonable success w/ women because I'm attractive and have a better build/athletic ability than 90% of the population. Its never easy, but after lifting consistently for over 12 years I can't really imagine living life any other way.

SeymoreCakes, most of us here don't live in Japan... muscles, leanness, and hypermasculinity are desirable most of the other parts of the world... I can attest to this personally because I paid the bills for years based on these qualities.

As far as perceiving jacked up dudes as duesches, most of us actually don't give a phuck what you non-lifters think. There's definitely some duesches, but a lot of jacked up dudes are totally cool people.

That is not true, I been to Japan multiple times and they love muscular guys maybe not full on body builders (not many do anywhere) but absolutely love the bigger western guys. I'm not huge (6 3.5" 221 to be exact) but compared to most of them I am. I'm sure some feel that way but you would definitely stand out and most likely be approached with regularity when in social settings.

IMO the best exercise is pull-ups (harder) and chin-ups (easier). I can do 20 and 25 respectively.

Push-ups is another great one. I can do 50 but normally do 30-40 per set.

Next is biking (20 miles per day) and swimming.

Free weights is the next.

What other exercises do you recommend?

Free weights, lots of them. Here's my upper body routine for this past week.

at 10 reps each:

3 sets pushups
3 sets dumbbell bench (chest)
3 sets incline dumbbell bench (upper chest)
3 sets military press (chest/shoulders/upper chest)
3 sets bicep curls (biceps and forearms, unless I do isolation curls (only biceps))
3 sets weighted dips (triceps and core)
3 sets hanging weighted knee raises (12 reps) (core)

takes about an hour.

I tought that lifting was a physiological response of men to the feminization of society where they don't even live us a corner anymore to be men,but it seems you are well informed about gay people and the video you posts show it.

American men and western men in general lift for the reason I told you before and because the desiderable women are so few that any possible way it's useful to get an advantage on others.

If it's true that you work in England or in wE you should know that the only way for an average guy to get goodlooking young eastern european girls is through escort services,they are not as lucky as us (u're born in Ukraine if I recall right) to grow up with those girls around and there is no need to make fun of them for something it's not their fault as the b1tchy women or the fat ones.

You have to eat like 3500 calories to gain mass and a lot of that will deposit on your face even if you have little bodyfat. Depends on the person though. I get puffy and I dont even use Creatine Mono.(I use creatine HCL).
not true at all, I am doing a recomp with carb cycling and have stripped 15lbs of pure fat while adding over 2 inches to my arms, chest and legs in the past 3 months, waist is down 2.5 inches and from the fat loss my face is slimmer looking obviously

keep in mind too that I am extremely carb sensitive and will bloat like crazy

Second everything in the first post. Heres some logic for the stubborn ones.

Nature has programmed you into looking for a female with a good bust to waist to hip ratio and symmetrical features on the entire body including the face.

Women are also prgrammed to look for a man that has a good well built body, not massive like a body builder but inbetween a swimmer and bodybuilders physique is what is classed as perfect.

Being able to walk around in a shirt and dress pants or a suit that hugs your body will give you all the looks from the right type of girls.

Remember in nature the fat unfit slow unhealthy individuals are the first to succumbe to disease and predation and are most unlikely to pass on their genes.

Back to the point get in shape end of story.

basically I eat 30ish carb days 5 days a week, drink tons of water and drink 50g protein shakes as a meal on those days(eat about 4 meals total), eats lots of chicken and beef, so I am getting my protein

the other 2 days I up the carbs big time(to 250 or so) and lift like crazy, drink protein shakes before and after lifting, still get that 150g of protein and still drink the water like crazy, the water drinking will keep you from bloating very much at all

I work a job where I am walking about 4 miles every night 5 days a week, so there is the cardio portion(anything above brisk walking kills muscle gains)

I am losing a pound or 2 a week and getting stronger/bigger more toned, it is hard as heck but it does work, i'm 6' 1" medium build and wanna stay at 175 to 180 pounds but lose 20 more pounds of fat, the muscle gains lag behind the fat losses, impossible to gain muscle as fast as we can lose fat
