“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Deadlift

2x5 - 355 lbs
1x20 - 205 lbs PR - Was pretty damn hard on this low carb diet. I wasn't feeling so good in the gym, I got a pretty bad headache, but I have never done 20 reps so that's good.

Diet has been pretty much perfect. I missed a meal yesterday but I've been pretty much been doing the following

Meal 1: 5 eggs scrambled with salt and pepper, 5 slices of bacon + a big block of spinach
Meal 2: 7 ounces chicken with spices, sweet peas and peapods and 6 fish oil
Meal 3: 7 ounces chicken with spices, sweet peas and peapods and 6 fish oil
Meal 2: 7 ounces Ground turkey with spices, sweet peas and peapods and 3 fish oil pills

15-20 grams creatine (CEE) on workout days and on off days 10 grams
30-40 grams of BCAA's a day

This by far the hardest diet I've ever been on. I'm used to shoving down 5-6000 calories for the past year. I don't know what to do with myself all day haha.

Chest

4x8 Flat Dumbbell Press - 65 lbs --- Too easy though...I should have upped the weight

4x8 Lat Raise - 20 lbs --- I should have done 25lbs

4x10 Barbell Rows --165lbs --- This was very hard on the last set but I got them all

Diet has been excellent
Morning cardio has been so-so this week, not as good as last week but my legs have been killing me since Tuesday so I'm really happy I got out there today with the weighted backpack

After 2 1/2 weeks I can see some noticeable changes for sure. Pants are getting looser, I'm getting complements on my physique, strength has dropped a bit due to the low amount of carbs but somedays feel stronger than others.

I'll be sure to have a measurement and weight for you guys at the end of this week. I've been doing almost perfect. One day at a time y'know?

Thanks Johnny and Quag! I almost opened a box of cheez-its but I remembered your post Quag and I put the box away. That was one of the worst cravings I've had in awhile.

BF is going good. Afterall, it's been two weeks and a couple days but overall I am happy at the progression. I'm taking photos and measuring to make sure there is progress

YOU SON OF A B**** :trouble: :box: - One of my favorite cheat meals! I always order that with big mac sauce on it and a rootbeer. AHHH well...Let me tell you, chicken and vegges is sooo appetizing with no other sources of carbs other than spices. Well...time to eat again. In two weeks I'm going to plan out my cheat day better. My last one was kind of lame.

I have some good news.

After three weeks I've dropped down 5-6 pounds. So I'm currently at about 224-225. And according to John Berardi's Let's get shredded article, he lost about 15 pounds in 8 weeks and about 9% body fat. So I'm right on target! I haven't really measured anything yet and I'll have to do so tomorrow.

I haven't really cheated at all. Aside from a cup of diet soda every once and awhile, I've been keeping up with my BCAAs, cardio, and eating plenty of meat, fat, and veggies. So everything is going great. I can't wait for my before and after pictures when I'm done.

I really having to learn how to cook better with seasonings.

CORRECTION: I'm only taking 6 grams of CEE a day. I misread the article. It's only 15-20 grams if you take mono creatine

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Ha! I've been doing this for a while now but I had no idea about this article. It feels good to know this is what I should be doing. :cheer: And congrats on the weight loss, Stallion. What's your target weight, btw?

No target bodyweight. It's more of a 'I'll see when I get there'. But I'm pretty sure it will be over 200 lbs with a lean body fat percentage

FRIDAY

2x5 200lbs PR - Didn't feel too tough
1x20 140lbs PR

Rows 4x10 - I wanted to try this one mechanism that I see a lot of guys do. You are elevated and it's like doinga barbell row and the weights are in the middle. I did about 150 lbs on it for the sets. It really wasn't all that difficult just more easy to setup. I'm going to stick to barbell.

I just want to tell everyone I bought a replica of the shirt Arnold wears in Pumping Iron which says "Arnold Is Numero Uno" and I workout in it. If you haven't seen it, watch that movie!

Great movie, but "no thanks" to the Ahnold shirt.

I generally work out in a hoodie + track pants/gym shorts. Nothing to put on display at the moment :D

Measured myself. I'm around 39 inches waist wise. Arms haven't changed much, I'm still lingering around 16.8. Noticeable fatloss for sure after examining photos. I'm basically half way through. By the end I'm have a feeling I'm going to look like a whole new man

Keeps your core temp up, good for injury prevention.

You're using the 80lbs pack for treadmill walking?
