Felt pretty good

1x20 Squats --1x19 230 lbs PR - I know I know...i failed on the last rep. I went too deep haha and I got assistance on the last rep. Pretty funny, my bro was counting them out and this pretty big dude said holy crap after my bro said 9 more. Funny stuff!

DB Pullovers
1x20 - 30 lbs - Got a little easy in the end. Big deep breaths as usual

Super set 3x ==all were to failure

Dips /bw\
1x16 1x11 1x5 - 31 reps - Triceps were very sore...couldn't quite get a PR today...I gave it my all. A lot of pain this time around

Pullups /bw\
1x6 1x5 1x3 - 14 reps ...was very tired on my last set. But my first two sets were strong, and incredibly better than what I could do 6 weeks ago. My form was good, no bouncing, no use of leg. I am pretty damn proud of this. Even if it doesn't look like much to you guys, I do weigh like 230 lbs :D

Decline situps - 50 lb dumbbell
1x24 1x22 1x29 - 73 reps - Almost a pr...i forgot my top one and I thought I had surpassed it.

I'm pretty wiped out from these super squats and milk. To sum up my progress


Squats 1x20 ---------Began at 170lbs----------ended at 230 lbs +60 lb gain
Dips -----------------Began at 17 reps---------ended at 38 reps +21 r gain
Pullups---------------Began at 10 reps---------ended at 16 reps +6 r gain

I started at around 215ish at the start of this routine. I ended at 228 lbs. So those numbers could have been more dramatic if it wasn't for the weight gain. Plus the cardio stopped that apparent 30 lb gain thank God.

Apperance changes---I've noticed a huge difference in my chest, legs, arms...and belly haha damn milk. And a couple little stretch marks on my arms.

If anyone wants a hardcore routine that will kick your a$$ and send you straight into the pits of hell and test everything you got...well start loading up the barbell at the squat rack with some heavy metal...snarllll...and be ready to put some weight on you.

Now I've paid my dues...it's time for DC and to shed some of this fat. I'm anxious to share with you guys what I'll be doing and I hope by Christmas I'll have some great before and after pictures! "Catch you later Dudes!!" :rockon:

I recorded it on my verizon phone but you can't send longer than 30 seconds. So 20 reps takes a bit longer than 30 seconds so i didn't bother. I'm cheap and don't have a digital camera...so sue me :D I thought my phone could send longer...

EFFORT, 20rep squats aren't gonna be enough for stally, he can do those 3x a week...how about you put some 40rep squats in his DC routine? :D

DC = Doggcrapp, google him.

The gist of DC routines is High Intensity, High Frequency, Low Volume.

Pretty much you go in to the gym and put out 110% effort on one movement, then leave the gym.

He insists that if you put that kind of animal effort into one movement, that any other accessory lifts will hamper recovery and thus growth potential. So if you do a regular routine with 4-6 movements with 12-20 sets your true recovery time is longer(say 7-10 days). He insists that if you cut out most of the movements and stick to only one(and do only 1 real workset), then your recovery time will be cut in half or more, so you can do another workout within a few days and still put out maximal intensity. Theoretically if you do a workout every 7 days, that's 52 growth phases a year excluding deloads/etc. If you do a workout every 3 days instead, that's 120 growth phases a year.

Pretty much what I said at first, Low volume, very high intensity, high frequency.

I was thinking of trying out his methods a long time ago, but I read that he uses a smith machine for a lot of his lifts... He's more of a hypertrophy guy, less emphasis on functional strength(from what I read).

shaunuk.......you fvcking bastard don't give EFFORT any ideas. I just did 6 weeks 3xsquats 20 reps hating my life and sucking down gallons of milk and pretty much spending all day being barely able to move with molten lava shootin out my a$$ (cause of the milk)

Where are you getting 1500 calories from? I'm not doing a cut. I agree with the dying part haha

The shredded diet won't be for quite awhile. Not sure when.

The diet will be posted soon. It's still a lot of protein and a new fat fighting supplement with strict carb cuttoffs
