“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

SLDL- 2x6 - 275 lbs PR

Wasn't sure how heavy I could go...probably should have gone a bit heavier on these but I definitely felt it after I was done...heh anyone know the percentage compared to normal deads? *points in Quag's direction*

Low Pull Through 3x8- 150 lbs PR

Lat Pulldown 5x3 - 150 lbs PR

Barbell Shrugs 3x10 - 135 lbs PR - I've never done these before so I really wasn't sure how much I should do. It felt pretty good, but i probably could have done more for sure.

Good day...some new things but all in all I felt pretty good about my workout. I just have to get a grip on this one when it comes up in a week and a half.
Good looking day! Is this program one written by Effort himself?

I don't know what percetage a SLDL to DL would be...although from the numbers I/you do and from what I remember MM doing, we would all be roughly at a similar percentage...

Keep it up!

Okay good, I figure I'll start around there for the SLDL's...haha why did they ban MM? Other than the fact he was annoying as fvck sometimes lol Btw yeah EFFORT wrote it for me, at the end of this (5 weeks) I am taking a week off for vacation though heh...it will be nice.

OKAY....so like an idiot I was sleeping over my gf's last night and we did wayyyyyy to much romping. And she woke me up an hour early for more thumping and I was pretty tired today. I thought my results were going to be worse in the gym but were okay. Some good things happened.

Incline Bench 2x5 - 165 lbs - Been awhile since I've done these, It isn't a max effort exercise so I kept them hard but not too crazy. I felt strong on these for sure. So I have a feeling the last six weeks have really been working me good. I remember I struggled intensely on 170 lbs barely getting any reps.

Flat DB Bench 3x8 - 65 lbs - PR I should have done 70 but i was worried that there were too many reps and I wouldn't have been able to handle it.

Reverse Grip Flat BB Bench - PR 3x10 -115 lbs Wow, this was one awkward exercise. Hurt my wrists a bit. But for the most part medium difficulty

Lat Raises - light weight 2x20 PR - 10 lbs - I just worked on perfect form...man these were a b1tch!

Overall all another productive day. The only thing I am a little pissed off with is the fact that I've been really busy and I only walked 4 days out of the 7 last week in the morning. I've got to make more of an effort this week and stop horsing around.

Btw, tomorrow is 30 lb backpack...starting to get a bit heavy

I wouldn't worry about it, the only cardio I get apart from that s***** job is running for trains and doing HIIT once a week...I should be ashamed :) (And the girl of course, but that is extra-curricular ;) )

Reverse grip flat! For the tri's right? This could solve my dilema...I can't get skulls to work so it is time I did something else-could be the ticket.

Closed the No.2 yet ? :D Heh, I have been calling my bro a little boy all week, he can only rep the No.1 as well :p Of course you can use your mighty 400+ dead against me!

Hmm.. I remember reading an article somewhere that having sex increases ones testosterone. Maybe that helped your workout/ helped make up for some sleep loss.

So your backpack is 30lbs now.. do/will you also add in arm/ankle weights too? That would that be crazy.. (reminds me of dragon ball z).

lol, I reckon bodybuilding will be at its height of overanalysis when people start posting on forums asking what the optimal number of orgasms is per day for optimal muscle growth :D

Quag - Girls are definitely extra-curricular haha... As for the reverse grip, yeah they really work the tricepts and are great for the front deltoids and upper part of the Pectoralis major...but an awkward exercise no less and almost impossible to do by yourself, you def need a liftoff...and I know you and spotters haha

No, I haven't closed it yet so shutup :cuss: lmao I'm repping the No.1 at the moment.

Johnny - As for sex helping...maybe, I've never noticed a difference though. Yes, that was why i first did the backpacking with weight. Fvckin' Dragonball Z :D I love that show. It's funny, when i take off the backpack, I feel a hundred times lighter...reminds me when Goku and Piccolo fight Raditz everytime. Too bad in real life they lack gravity chambers to train in...that would be cool. I think the ankle and wrist weights could be a waste of time, I don't really see the need for them and they always look girly.

For the record, 4.25 is a pretty good amount 24 hours before a workout

I will try out the reverse grip, I think it may depend on the bench as to whether you need a lift off.

I use a ghetto setup in my gym to bench that is a million times better than the "proper" setup, the J hooks are terrible on the thing. I actually tried out reverse grip one day when I was messing around, probably on a deload, and it was alright at lighter weights. Guess I will see...

Squat 1x3 - 320 lbs PR - oh man...this is getting heavy lol almost lost it on the last rep on the way up.

Leg Press 1x15 - 390 PR - I would love to leg press 400 lbs for 15 reps..that would be awesome

BB Row - 5x3 - 185 lbs PR i'll def hit 190 next week

Reverse Hyper Extentions - 3x8 - getting easier

Good day...I want to not a couple things also

After i weighed in the last couple days, i've been consistently hitting 210 lbs so I've had some muscle gain as my waist hasn't gotten any bigger. My scale has a BF calculator and it said 18.2% (which was higher than I orginally thought but does make sense) Not sure If I am losing body fat fast enough, so I'm going over it with EFFORT if I will stick to the diet that I have almost been perfectly following

roughly 5000 calories probably a little more and about 500 grams protein

Fat and carbs I've never calculated...fat is high though (six tablespoons of olive oil def help), carbs a little lower as my only sources are 12 ounces of brown rice and 4 bananas and the tiny bit of dressing on my 3 salads

Hey man, quick question. Did you start off standing militiary press OR did you first start with military press on bench? I'm talking about when you first implemented this exercises in your routine...

I'm thinking about switching to barbell shoulder press from dumb bell shoulder press. Not sure if it'd make much of a difference with using either barbell or dumbbell though. Alternatively, I guess I could try standing dumbbell shoudler press THEN think about switching to barbell.

Bah, I'm just spitting ideas here. Give me your opinion.

I started off with standing military press. I've heard dozens of different arguements on what's better, most hardcore guys I've met say standing military press.

Personally I find the standing military press more fun than sitting down...the only thing with dumbbells is that it is more awkward and harder to do heavy weight. You could always do lateral raises instead of the shoulder press with dumbbells and have the Military press mixed in too, seems like best of both worlds that way.

SLDL- 2x6 - 285 lbs PR These were pretty good. Btw, don't ever deadlift completely full as a warning, I almost lost my last meal.

Low Pull Through 3x8- 160 lbs PR Easy...170 next week for sure

Lat Pulldown 5x3 - 150 lbs - A lot easier, but the next weight jump is at 165 lbs and it's still pretty hard. Next time I'll do this

Barbell Shrugs 3x10 - 185 lbs PR - Still getting used to these...i went up 50 lbs, and probably could go up another 50 lbs lol

Well thats it...not too shabby

Looking good!

Btw I am curious, do you squat high or low bar?

How do you like stiff legs?

Thanks Quag

Low bar...It's way more comfortable and I have more control. And for some reason it psyches me up a little the way its on my back.

I hate the stiff legs, makes my lower back is on fire. Makes it hard to walk for long periods of time due to the tightness.

I've never been able to make it work until yesterday, and when I did it felt tighter. Guess we will see how it goes.

And that is the great thing about stiff legs! The pain :D

WEDNESDAY

Incline Bench 2x5 - 170 lbs - I felt much stronger on these reps. My strength has increased a lot more. It seems doing a new routine and taking a break from this has really helped me gain strength here. I'm very happy and 175 lbs I'll def have next week

Flat DB Bench 3x8 - 70 lbs - PR - Tough, but I wouldn't say 75 is out of reach next time.

Reverse Grip Flat BB Bench - PR 3x10 -120 lbs Pretty killer after the last two, got them all with some difficulty on the second set, but not the third strangely.

Lat Raises - light weight 2x20 - 10 lbs - Still a b1tch to do

Everything is going well, I can tell I look a lot different than even 2 months ago. Hopefully all continues to go well.
