hi
i think my legs are too strong for my back.
the amount of weight i put on to be able to do a maximum of 10 reps is too much weight for my back, so my lower back gives out before my legs do.
im pretty sure i use perfect form for the squats as well.
any suggestions or tips, or is this normal?
