hi

i think my legs are too strong for my back.

the amount of weight i put on to be able to do a maximum of 10 reps is too much weight for my back, so my lower back gives out before my legs do.
im pretty sure i use perfect form for the squats as well.
any suggestions or tips, or is this normal?

I don't really feel squats in my lower back at all.


You should take a video clip of your squat if you can. Thats the only way we can help you with your form.

yes its normal, thats what happened to me...now i'm focusing more on deadlifting, and barbell rows..spend a few months on your back.

for sure u gotta do them in conjunction woth deads.i find squats strengthen my legs more then my back and deads strengthem my lower back for them my legs

Start doing Good mornings and other lower back/posterior chain exercises.

Thats 'roids for you. He actually got expelled from the federation in 2001 (I think), for taking them (Ironically, the year he actually lost), but the rest of the "strongmen" basically said that if he was expelled, they might aswell expell all of them as they were on the same stuff, so they let him back in.

roids or not, hes still huge. lol. I'm sure some of the bodybuilders trained like Marius, they'd gain some serious size.
