To me, it feels like the exact same movement. Is one susposed to work different muscels than the other? Are there any advantages or disadvantages for one of the other?
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
QFT, couldn't have said it betterAdone said:Not necessarily. For the average guy who's not lifting for a lot of time, those 2 exercises work the back and the legs in a very similar way, since they are both underdeveloped and put under stress during the movements.
Again, that is up to each one's physical conformation. I, for example, feel the squats more on the glutes than the quads. Also, when I squat I get an intense workout of the back too, almost as intense as the deadlifts.Skilla_Staz said:Squat, you're pushing the weight up.
Deadlift, you're pulling the weight off the ground.
Sure, they look similar, but when i deadlift, i feel it more in my hamstrings and lower back. When I squat, I feel it more in my quads.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Would you guys reccomend I do both per workout, or alternate between deadlifts and squats between leg workouts.
And what about when I do develope my legs enough so that I see a difference.
It depends on your technique in both lifts. You can do squats leaning forward (good morning squats) which incorporate the lower back alot more than doing regular squats. With regular squats you push with your legs, with squats leaning forward you push alot more with the core (english?).protienpowder said:To me, it feels like the exact same movement. Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
