“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

so I can finally squat 275 now.
I'm very satisfied with that.
I think it's the highest on my swim team.
:)

another thing is, while my legs are looking very sexy, my pecks are really small because i can't bench (i hurt my rotator cuff). What are some exercises to do that won't hurt my rotator?
i know for a fact that push ups and flat bench will hurt it alot.

i'm 16 btw, and right now i'm taking zyflammend (something like that), and fish oils to help my shoulder. My doctor and my dad (also doctor) says i should be taking ibiprofen (sp?? lol), but i really hate taking man made drugs. I read a couple books on it... is it really that bad for you?

thx.

congrats on the squat man, as for the bench i'd say experiment with different exercises/machines for chest to see what doesn't cause you pain. Also go very very light

Nice squat man. Can you bench with dumbbells? Do dips hurt? Chest press machine? maybe experiment like effort said

Was the squat ass to grass? If so, congrats...

As for the chest try incline/decline and different grips. A shoulder width grip would take some of the pressure of the shoulders and put the pressure more onto the tri's.

well it wasn't touching the ground, but it was breaking parallel by like 10 degrees.

i tried incline today, it didn't hurt. I did a moderately light weight (95), and my grip was close together. The close grip took most of the pressure off my shoulders, and i think thats how i hurt it in the first place with the flat bench.
I benched with my hands on the bar wider than my shoulders.

thx guys.
