hey i have 2 questions:
1. Ive been surfing a lot lately(everyday for the past 5 days)... and my back and shoulders (and sometimes my chest) are sore...... should i just not surf as much or wut.. i mean when should i be workin out if i surf durin the summer as well????

2. Im gettin into HIIT Cardio, and i was also wondering is it ok to do it on the same day as i workout.. or different days?

In a Nutshell: How should i balance all of this... Surfing, Lifting Weights, And Cardio??

Do your weight training every other day as usual, do the HIIT cardio on the days inbetween, and go surfing after you get done your weight/cardio for the day.

so i can go surfing any day i want? i mean like i could go everyday of every week and it would be alright? on the same days as workout/hiit?
Ill probly do workout 4 days a week, and cardio 2 or something..

Sure, I see no harm in it...had to do that with football the past few years and it worked out fine.
