I never did get why SI models have no curves, yet they model swimsuits. I read an article once of an interview with a former fashion photographer and he said the reason why they pose with their butts or hip sticking out is to give the appearance of a curvy figure, and their cleavage is usually photoshopped. It's nice to see a curvy body modelling for SI but of course that's going to be photoshopped as well. None of these models look like that in real life, may as well just take pics of mannequins posing in bikinis.

We went from the skinny popsicle to the round fat no hold barrel.

2 extremes.

Models are there to make clothes look pretty. Most Models you would never noticed them in the street without the makeup... makeup, colors, caméra angle, flash, body proportion, posture etc.. all make whatever you wanna to a picture.

So the no Meat, all skin and bone Models.. to overbig? Quite the extreme

I guess the plus size boutiques are in need of customers... since most people are getting in shape now and dropping fast food. USA is number 1 in obesity after arabs countries but it's seeing great improvement.

Fashion is targeted towards woman to please mâle and compète for attention.

Have you noticed that all mâle Fashion boutique (the physical boutique in a mall or street) are all dissapearing in favor of online shopping

The only thing physical still alive and going up are woman boutique. Malls are PACKED with hot girls now, cause the bigones wanna hide online or at night shopping
