I have a question , currently i'm dating with a 30 years old chick which is fun and no pressure whats so ever, we seem to enjoy each other and so on... today some girl approached me and told her friend is interested in me and want's to date with me , i told her i'm dating someone but i'll think about it. i want to avoid dating a girl from work since i learned my mistake last time, she told me this girl is leaving work in one month for school. now , this 30 year old is very mature and don't have this stupid things young girls do but also i cant pass of how good this 24 year old girl look.

any advice?

You should always spin plates until one of them wants commitment. When that happens, that's when you evaluate your options and figure out if the one seeking commitment is worth keeping or dumping. If you have other plates that carry more value, then you cut her loose.

The issue is i am tired always initiating , driving her and pay . Also she keeps eating **** and not trying to lift her value up. i don't need this kind of women next to me....

Then keep looking to replace her. I was in a LTR with a woman a year older than me. When she started getting fat and pushing the issue of moving in, I began looking for something new. I replaced her with a 21 year old and never looked back.
