I signed up for a speed dating event. I'll only have 5-7 minutes to hook these girls. What should I try (DHV, ****y/funny, push/pull, IOI, comfort building, etc) in this short time frame and in what amounts?

or "how do they get the caramel in a caramilk bar? Im going to die never figuring that out i think."

notice also how those things have slight sexual intonations to them

white guy with 2 black kids (ummm, ok, this one, while funny, doesn't work as well).

I just wanted to thank you for the advice and give an update on this. I went with ****y/funny all the way. Out of the six girls I circled, all six of them circled me as well. That means that at least six girls were impressed by me. It was a fun time.

I will say though, be careful not to drink too much at these things. Some of the girls I picked looked quite different when I actually went out with them. :nervous:

Out of curiosity, where was this event and who facilitated it? I've seen "hurry date" on the internet and thought about trying it out. I live in Baton Rouge, LA and I have yet to find a bar or club that hosts one. How much was the fee? Was there a strict age category that you were allowed to participate in? I am 35 but see myself dating a girl in her mid to late twenties.

Cupid.com runs them too. I think they have Louisiana events.

The one I was in was put on by the Jaycees. It was $25 for 5 minutes with each girl, plus a couple breaks. There were 20 girls. It took quite a while to get through them all. There were two age brackets, 34 - 47 and 24 - 37. If you were 34-37 you could choose which group you wanted to be in.
