Definitely, I know a lot about how to make a relationship go well for many years in terms of frame. I just don't necessarily know how to repair things when it went bad. I am enjoying all the life experiences despite some ups and downs and am glad to help where i can.

It's nearly impossible to maintain frame for many years. If you can manage that, your game is tight.

Sometimes when things go bad, there's no fixing them. It depends on who holds the frame.

If she holds the frame, more effort on your part comes off as needy, which women find disgusting.
