Someone hook me up with a good workout plan plz!

Well guys im pretty new to the whole workout thing, can someone with experience plz help me!

I'm really motivated to work on my arms more then anything else. I know that you can't just work on one part of you're body you have to spread it out.

I'm 5'11, about 150 pounds. I go to the local gym and they have everything there so if their is some types of free weight exercises you know about that would help let me know!

Basically guys just give me a summary of all different types of workouts and different things that worked for you... even tell me about the things that didnt do I wont make those mistakes!
