"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

I have been told by a chick that I have a boyish charm and I get away with a lot of things cos of it, now what in the world is she really on about? and is dat good to have a boyish charm?

now this chick is not the asian chick from church, shes an indian chick from my work. Shes probably a 6 on the scale, but really good personality, but shes been hurt in the past and blah blah blah, shes still a virgin not that I wanna be the one to change that btw. She also tells me about how this other guy from some other branch keeps hitting on her, how sleazy he is and looks desperate and he is always after her number. And how she doesnt believe in guys and most guys seem to be the same and you know the rest.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Well, I noticed some things here:

1. The boyish charm thing sounds like it could be interpreted directly; she could be saying that you are able to get away with things because of the charming appearance of youthful innocence; or she could be saying that you are inexperienced and immature brat and manage to get away with it somehow. It just depends whether you want to see it as a negitive or positive thing.

2. Why are you letting this girl talk about other guys to you? Maybe it is just me, but I would have changed the subject away from the other guy or would have ended the conversation somehow.

A long time back in the AFC days, I landed up in the friendzone with the queen of all sunshine girls, so I got over it & shrugged it off.

One fine day, she asks me "If we were together, would you have broken up with w/ me(because of her high moral stand of not getting physical)" ....I said "yeah, because of your sunshine behaviours" I asked her later wheter she was attracted to me & she denied it ...oh well wonder what that was all abt then

i am not attracted to her but when she said that i was wondering what she was on about. The topic came up when I told her how the girls down at the cafe near my work give me a big discount on all the food I buy off them. Then she said you have a boyish charm and u get away with a lot of things cos of it.

Whenever broads start talking about other guys I just ignore it usually. But the other day some broad was talking about how some guys mother keeps trying to set her up with his son, and how creepy the son is, to which I replied, "Creepy eh? Well, he sounds perfect for you."
