"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

My soccer Teammate Bradley just deleted me from facebook.

I messaged him "WTF man?", he did not respond.

I don't understand why he deleted me, it's totally disrespectful, so I have to

play with him on the same team, see him at all the practices, and all the

games.

So I am planning on confronting him in person on Monday to ask him why

he did such a thing.

What do you guys think?

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Why do you care? Is he a good friend of yours or are you just worried about losing your FB acquaintance posse?

He was a potential friend to be, but he choose to terminate our potential friendship.

I am going to confront him about this on Monday!

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

slit your wrists, you'll do humanity a great favor.
You are not alone, I am sure everyone I've met wants me to kill myself. Why should I give them (you) the pleasure.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

In all seriousness, i'm sure alot of people want me to kill myself, but I will never do that, because I don't want to give anyone that satisfaction. Know that I will be alive and love awkward moments.

are you sure you dont want to ask Brad to join you in the showers after the game? i think that may be why those other guys didnt want to hang out with you in the first place, you asked them to go to a bar instead of just going straight into the showers with you

hmm no man ,i think the reason they didn't want to hang out is because he didn't offer "lubrication" during the showers

He hasn't kicked you off the team, I think he likes you. ;) ;) ;)

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
