So what do I do with these two

Hey DJs, good to be back. I have two quick questions for you

GIRL 1 - Met in Vegas 3 months ago. We made out. She lives in a city I used to visit a lot. On one visit I had to change plans - we were going todo dinner. Now that I live here she asked to meet for lunch instead. She was hungover and still showed up. 3 beers and 3 hours later it ended. Fun time. Some back and forth touching, etc. She offered to drive me to my apt from the bar , but my car was nearby so she drove me there. I hugged her goodbye from the passenger seat. She hugged me hard and said "Let's do lunch again". I got up and she added "I had a good time." What's my next move?

GIRL 2 - Met her from an online site. Hung for a couple drinks. Good banter. Only Interesting Indicator was flicking hair back. At end of night I asked if she was cold (she was crossing arms, it was windy), she said no. Then I hugged her and she joked she was walking this way because she knew I was parked the other way. She texted me 'Goodnight, thank you for the drink: 30 mins later.
Today I texted for Saturday night. She said "Awwww I already have plans with friends." Me Back: That's cool. Another time. She back "For sure!'
What's my next move?

The first one was too long ago and the second one didn't counter offer for date....my gut says both will lead to nothing.....i would be out there meeting new ones if I were you...

I think was unclear on the first one. I saw her for the second time two days ago for lunch. This was after I bailed on a dinner date a couple months ago. so timetline:

3 Months ago - in Vegas, we met, made out
2 Months ago - was supposed to do dinner at her city, I had to bail.
2 days ago - met for lunch.

And you read the rest.
