At 46 years old. When I signed up for this site I was about 270 or so and ballooned up to 300-320 for the next several years after, lost it down to about 220 in 2008 and kept between that and 240 until 2012 when I met my ex wife and was over 50 lb overweight or more since then.

I'm now literally less than 10lb away from a "normal" bmi however a good portion of this is a combination of diet change and weight loss being a side effect of new meds.

I seriously need to get to the gym. Zero % of this is gym related. I do have dumbells. Luckily no significant change from any other time i took a break but since I'm starting fresh looking like this? I should have crazy results since I'm not starting out fat again like every other time I got lazy.

Damn crazy though. For a moment last week I was 199lb. 199! That's nuts for me. My only recollection of weight in my youth is my dad laughing at me when I went over 200lb in 10th grade.
