Basically the last couple of women that i have hooked up with have at some point mentioned something along the lines of "so are you planning on disappearing next week".......mostly implying that after sex i probably wont talk to them anymore.

I feel like i dont give that vibe to them but for some reason most girls think im a player after meeting me.

Do some of you get lines like this every now and then and how do you respond to something like this?

That's their way of expressing their insecurity. If it is happening more and more, it means your game is running at a different level, and most women, not just the very insecure/low self esteem ones, will feel a little insecure.

That is their way of saying "Please don't just use me for sex, as I value you more and hope you see me more than just for one thing".
