Why don't just ask her if she wants you to be together? No meaningless AFC talking or presents... You can't buy someone's feelings! Just go out for a drink or even after sex, since you guys are having a great time there and ask her something like "I'm having a great time everytime we're together, like you do (you look at her like waiting for a yes and smile/laugh, she'll propably say yes), so how about us being together?" Can't really find something better than "being together" it sounds to formal to me but I thinks it's fine...

Tell her this: Hey look (girls name), I really like hanging out with you. I think your a lot of fun, your sexy, your a great person, and I want you to be my girlfriend.

Keep it something along the lines of that. Simple and easy. No "Do you want to be my girlfriend?" Tell her you WANT her to be your gf. Its more confident, and makes you seem like the big man that knows what he wants.
