Yes aids came from monkeys. But because of altzhaime research on them. They been lookin for a cure and made new virus lol. Im not readin article so i dunno if its about that, but i heard it some time ago.

This is understandable, mostly for two reasons:

- It IS well known and widely recognized by all that Africa is the poorest and most economically backward continent in the world, without any foreseeable short/mid term improvement in the future. Admitting that AIDS originally comes from Africa would be another hard psychological blow to all the black populations around the world.

- Due to the infamous history of slavery, black poeple around the world, and especially the african americans, do NOT trust the white people in general. I'm not talking about the individual level, like "hey I'm black, I trust my white friends", I'm talking about the "collective conscience" level. Therefore, we hear a lot of conspiracy theories of this kind. "AIDS was created by white people to exterminate black people", "Africa is poor simply because the whites are working against us", "the american prisons are full of blacks not because we have more people who commit crimes, but simply because the american judicial system is a fundamentally racist system against black people", "OJ Simpson didn't kill his wife, it's the dirty white cops who framed him" etc...

So this consipracy theory is no surprise to me.
