“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Is a Smith Machine a small version of a power rack?

Can u do the same excercies on it as you would do a power rack?

Cheers

A smith machine is NOT a power rack. The barbell is suspended on a rail system.

no way you can do cleans, or snatches with smiths. Although you can do forms of squats on them.

no way a smith replaces a power rack.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

I wouldnt recomend using any smith type machine use freeweights instead. It uses your stabilizer muscles.

10% BF and 300 lbs doesnt mean squat ( no pun intented) about athletic proformance. Smith machines work fine for some things, but not for explosive excersises, I wouldnt touch smith machines. I am sure this 10% BF guy is all nice and built, but he probably cant play sports.

Ive burned plenty of guys in hockey who have 50 lbs on me. Being built doesnt nessisarily mean much for athletics. Of course that said, I dont think i'd want to try and play the body on people w/ 50 lbs on me, they'd probably throw me around :)
