This was obviously way before I met her... However she is going to find out that I had some sort of relations with her once her cousin realizes we are seeing each other.

My question is should I admit to sleeping this girl's cousin in the past or just say we dated but never had sex?

I wouldn't tell her anything unless she brings it up. Then only that you dated. If she asks about sex say you dont kiss and tell.

I'd say I went out with her a couple times. If she asks about sex deny it. I'll never tell a girl I slept with anyone because that means I would tell someone I slept with her. All she needs to know to avoid embarrassment is that you had something with her.
