So when people say “have a six pack,” are you supposed to have visible abs completely relaxed? Or are you just supposed to have a flat stomach and have the abs when you’re slightly tensed up? I always wondered about that.

Everyone has abs. 99% are covered in body fat due to being a slob. Hollywood avs, no flex is a conbo of training, diet, lifestyle, and usually winning the genetic lottery. When younger, i had abs abd was flat when a kid. With age, metabolism slows, and a man must work harder.
