Completely agree - a sedentary lifestyle gives your body the signal to 'store' and not 'expend'.

I was at my leanest when I couldn't afford to run a car. ;)

Through trial and error I've decided that doing some form of exercise every day is essential for me now. I moved into the inner city in the summer and my lifestyle is a lot less active now. I've started going for a 45 minute walk every morning, not included in my cardio/lifting schedule.
