but i like the reversed way more. the body influences our emotions, and our emotions influences our thoughts. SO, with working out you WILL change your negative beliefs into positive beliefs. because of more muscle mass/testosterone you will FEEL more confident, and because you will feel more confident you will THINK more confident.
I like the way of working out so much because it gives me FEEDBACK because i can SEE and TOUCH my progresses.
