Its not since I actually started working out I hav enoticed a real change in my attitude. if i am bored I will work out, this is the ONLY time I'll work out, if i am doing other things that have importance in my life I'll do them. But when I plan to go out somewhere, be it with a chick or on some social excursion I will work out. This knocks me into this thinking pattern "I just did something important with my body today, after what I did I am healthier and in the end looking better for it" which in turn makes me alot more confident, and it shows dudes...it shows
