Simple But Effective Phone Tip

Developed this out of some job seeking tips. If you're calling a girl, and you're nervous about it, then get up and move around! Do stuff while you're on the phone with her; clean up, cook, but do something! I also suggest calling before you leave for somewhere.

This way you'll be less invested in the conversation and you will sound busier. You will also have a legitimate excuse to hang up the phone so you're not lying when you say you have to go.

I know, simple and stupid but it helped me when I was nervous about it.

I'm in an acting class, and one of the things they tell us is to find something to keep busy while onstage when you're not talking. so you dont seem like you're just waiting for your next line, but actually doing something
