This is one of the biggest things to master when dealing with women. We read a ton of stuff about how to DHV, bust on her, disqualify her blah blah blah, and quite often we just talk ourselves into oblivion.
As an AFC, we do this either out of nervousness or the need to impress, or to give ourselves completely to our goddess so she can see all the wonderful things about us. As a wannabe DJ we do it to impress her with our DJness, or because we want to try out all of these cool techniques that are guaranteed to get us laid in 7 hours or whatever.
Make your words count. You only need to convey enough. Any more than that is too much. Any more than enough and your value goes into freefall. You look like you are showing off, desperate to keep her or explaning yourself, all of which are low value, low status behaviours.
Remember that women love mystery. However much you try to build yourself up in her eyes, it will never match up to her fantasies of the mysterious stranger. After all, however good you are, you still live life as an ardinary person every day. Leave it to her imagination and you are her knight in shining armour. Let her have the fantasy and fall in love with it. Let her paint her own pictures. The devil is in the detail!
Of course, in the first few minutes of meeting a woman you will neeed to lead the convo and push things on, but when you have her hooked, there's no need to talk her into the ground. Use broad brush strokes and let her fill in the rest.
