“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

listed in approx order of important

shoulder press
lateral raises
front raises
shrugs
reverse butterfly's

I loved upright rows, but I heard it messes the shoulders, so i don't do it. But when I did do it. . . man, that was quite the workout.

Lower back: deadlifts, hypers, good morning, squats, glute ham raises..

As for shoulders, not everyone is genetically predisposed to have the diamond shape. My own shoulders are well developed through a long time of benching, pressing and squatting but they still don't 'cap' .. just genetics.

However for overall shoulder development a press variation and laterals are probably all you need. shrugs and front raises are worthless in my opinion.. direct rear delt work is often unnecessary if your rows and deadlifts are high enough.

Military press and lateral raises did it for me. Rear delt gets worked through pulling movments for back. <3 5x5 <3

May you post a pic of guys with similar muscle mass, one with the diamond shape and one without it?
I've never heard of it so I don't understand what it means
