Should you always pursue high IL girls ?

(Or is it ok to pursue a girl with a moderate IL).

Hi fellas,

Let's say I text a girl. At first her answers a pretty good, and she follows up with somethin else like, "what about you" or something.

But then she starts to be really semi-passive, she answers with short messages and does not follow-up. But she agrees to meet.

Is it useful to go about pursuing that kind of IL girl, or should I just forget about it and use my time to find other plates with better IL ?
