Sorry, you're right. Upon further reading, it looks like those cases were government fines, and then the government just gave the money to the people complaining. So the end result is the same as a civil suit. They call it "inciting hatred" and have used it against people who are anti-gay. Being anti-fat chicks will be next.Bokanovsky said:
