Should I still eat big?

I'm 5'8 and a shade over 200 lbs. I need to lose a lot of fat. I plan on following a weight lifting routine from Men's Fitness. I of course want to add strength. For my meals, should I eat big still to lose weight? Lots of tuna, beef, chicken, etc. As long as its clean?

What's your body fat at? Eat clean with lotsa protein and do cardio... I'd go with atleast 200 g protein per day...more if you can do it. Just do your best to make sure you have clean/lean protein sources.

if you want to be sure you'll lose fat, you've got to count calories & measure this against your energy needs. for a while i thought i could get away with not doing that, but other methods (low carb, etc.) can only take you so far.
