should i cut my fat or should i bulk up??? help plz

should i cut my fat or should i bulk up??? plz help me cuz i really dont know what to do... im a newbie so i dont know anything about this - only read few threads. so: i cant see my six-pack (and i really whant to so i need to cut my fat) but still i can see my ribs when i breathe deep and i can see my chest bones always so that means..? plz help... i'm 15 soon, so is it normal not to have strong chest cuz i do all sort of workouts (75 crunches 75 pushups in a row and that stuff are no problem to me) i know i should go to gym to increase my muscle mass and i probably will (even if i dont whant to) so if it is normal not to have strong chest with so much workout in my age? i should probably cut the fat if its normal, right?

if you're just starting out, lose ALL the fat first and get down to 8% bodyfat.

then from there, start a clean bulk. for precise numbers, use somewhere inbetween diesel's cutting and bulking guides.

id go down to 10% man, to me 14% is too high to start a bulk on. 14% is what you should be after your bulk is done.

Well, I have already started bulking. I have gained about 20 lbs in the last 4 months. But, i have gone up from about 17/18 % bf to about 19/20% bf.

Sounds like you are saying I should drop to 10% before bulking again.

On another note, how accurate are those body fat scales anyway. I have a 5 yr old tanita body fat scale that i am using. I am wondering if that is giving me the right reading.

Ok so where can I find those bf tests <question mark> So basically what you're saying, is that I should first cut to 10 % of bf then bulk up to 14%, right <question mark>

One more thing, when I'm bulking up I need to constantly put more and more wight on my muscles so they could grow, could I just take a bottle of 10l of water and do crunches with her on me <question mark> I mean that would add 10 kg on my weight so my muscles would need to work more <fullstop>
