i met this girl like 2 months ago in a party, i talked with her a little, there was a moment of silence in the chat, im sure i should kissed here there but i didnt.
a friend of my gave me her phone number
should i call her?
im not sure what i should say in the call.

Yeah, I agree with Pimp. It's definately creepy to call someone who never gave you his/her number. She might think you're tracing her up.
