What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Seriously, though: a woman won't usually just come out and say "hey, let's go to your place and have sex" because she doesn't want to be viewed in a negative light. However, what women WILL do is try and set up scenarios where things could "just happen" to lead to other things happening. So, if she's saying "let's have drinks and get drunk at your place by ourselves," what she's REALLY saying is:
"I want to have sex with you. If we go to your place and you have alcohol, I can drink enough to where I can have sex with you and make the excuse later that the alcohol made me do it."
So, give her the scenario she needs to make it happen, maaaaaan!

So basically yeah, it will lead to sex if you don't fu*k it up. But don't count your chickens before they hatch. You may have a lay up but you still gotta put the ball through the hoop.
Where are you gonna stay? How are you gonna initiate it? Do you have a smooth transition planned or are you playing it free willy and just hoping something comes along?
Bottom line it's in your hands but stop acting like it's just a matter of chance and if you want to make it happen then do it. I say it's in your hands because on her part is sounds like YES, she definitely is for it or she likely wouldn't suggest to drink.
