Well, I guess, everyone is different. Don't masturbate before sex.

But the best thing to do would be to visit, or speak with, your doctor. They are medical professionals, and they will advise you to fix your problem -- do not be embarrassed.

You have the option of being an embarrassing bad lover, or take an "embarrassing" visit to your doctor.

No one here can really help you with your current circumstance.
