Okay, the whole "Embrace Your Testosterone" thing and the subconscious connection of sex. Personally, I've never bought this concept. Also, lack of sexual activity of any kind is going to cause frustration. Frustration leads to stress and will fvck with your emotions.
Also, depriving yourself of sexual activity is going to lead to desperation if it's bad enough. I was raised in a religion that forbid masturbation and sex before marriage. Dating and marriage was also forbidden before the age of 20. I think I know the problem here. Get off all anti depressants and SSRI's... it will do the trick.
Do some PC exercises.. Kegal and Reverse Kegels... I just started to do 500 kegels a night b,c my erection quality is going down just a little. I do penis enlargement so it pretty much makes it less sensitive a bit.
