im just wondering if this is the norm. for me it's always the girls telling me we should meet again and setting up the next date. this always comes up during conversation on first meetings and i'm never the one to initiate the talk. of course it's always in a respectful and friendly way the subject is handled, but i'm still wondering-

-is it usually the female who initiates the next date?
-can the guy do the same on the first meet?

i dunno. could be that it's just the personalities that i come across since all of them have been ex-pat english teachers here in korea; outgoing, extrovert types.

on a related note the same thing happened today but i counter offered which was rejected. she was like, we're gonna go to a museum then party afterwards, you wanna come with us? and i said i don't like museums and only wanna show up for the party, to which she was sorta 'meh' and in the end, i did not get invited to the party. haha.
granted her interest level was not that high, but did i have to go to the museum first??

Men lead, women follow.

Its your responsibility as a male to initiate anything and everything.
